Job Description
A rapidly growing retail business in the UAE is currently looking for a Training Manager to join their dynamic HR team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs within the retailing division
- Design and develop training and development programs that meet the business and individual employees needs
- Ensure that all training programs are within budget and in line with company objectives
- Conduct evaluation of all training and development programs
- Tackle specific training programs with the support of line managers
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of training management experience
- Minimum of 2 years training experience within retail
- Diploma, Associate Degree level of education or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
