Training Manager

Description Position at SBM Management We are looking for a Training Manager! The Training Manager will be responsible for organizing, planning, and assisting in the development of SBM's Training program, processes and course materials based on the guidelines set by the Training Department. The individual will be responsible for assessing training needs, coaching, and implementing to ensure consistent training execution and compliance.
