Job Description

We are looking for a Training Manager to lead end-to-end training and quality initiatives for our Sales and Client Servicing teams. This role will be responsible for building robust training frameworks, driving consistent quality standards, and developing a team of Training Associates across all offices who will report directly to the Training Manager.


Location: Noida (2 mins from Sector 15 metro station)


Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability Building

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for Sales and Client Servicing Associates
  • Develop structured onboarding, refresher, and advanced training modules
  • Ensure training content is aligned with business goals, compliance, and customer experience standards
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
