Role Purpose

The Training Manager will perform as a functional trainer and be responsible for administering field station training programs for Into-Plane Fueling operations through classroom, hands on and verbal instruction. This individual will also assist and provide support to management on matters of safety, security and education through training and training programs. As well as proactively promote a “safety first” culture by introducing safe working procedures in accordance with Menzies Aviation’s policies and procedures.
