Overview

Develop and implement Learning & Development initiatives with strong focus on manufacturing, technical and operational training. Conduct training needs analysis across production, engineering, quality, EHS and supporting functions. Design, coordinate and personally deliver training programs including onboarding, technical skills, SOP, quality systems and leadership development. Drive competency-based training frameworks to support workforce capability and operational excellence. Manage and coordinate internal trainers, subject matter experts and external training providers. Ensure training programs comply with internal standards, audit requirements and regulatory needs where applicable. Track training effectiveness through evaluation metrics, skills assessments and continuous improvement actions.
