Training Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Training Manager to join a leading large-scale events company based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape learning and development across a fast-paced, people-focused organisation.

Working closely with the Head of HR and Talent, the Training Manager will lead and enhance the talent development function, creating impactful learning experiences that support both business performance and individual growth.

A key focus of the role is the management and ongoing development of the company’s online training programme. You will ensure learning is embedded across the business, remains engaging, innovative, and relevant, and equips both the casual workforce and permanent employees with the core skills required for their roles.
