About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact sales productivity and activation by working closely with presales and sales teams across projects and clusters. The role combines on-field coaching, structured training, performance diagnostics, and sales activation, with clear ownership of time-bound activation and productivity outcomes.


Responsibilities


  • Sales Activation & Onboarding - Train and mentor new joiners across presales and sales teams, ensuring time-bound activation and early productivity
  • On-the-Job Coaching (OJT) - Deliver hands-on coaching through joint calls, OBMs / site visits, and live deal or closure support
  • Performance Gap Analysis - Diagnose performance gaps using field observations, call audits, and funnel data; run targeted refresher interventions
  • Sales Productivity & Conversion Improvement - Partner with city and cluster leaders to improve conversions, funnel hygiene, and overall team effectiveness
  • Training Content & Playbooks - Create, update, and deploy sales enablement materials including pitch decks, SOPs, and objection-handling guides
  • Process Improvement & Execution Discipline - Identify and recommend process enhancements to reduce leakage and strengthen sales execution
  • Field Engagement & Market Awareness - Stay updated on projects and market dynamics through regular field travel and on-ground engagement
  • Live Support & Activations - Support teams during site activations, live negotiations, and real-time training interventions



Qualifications


  • 6–10 years of experience in field sales or business development
  • Prior exposure to real estate, prop-tech, brokerage, or allied sales ecosystems preferred
  • Experience in supervising, mentoring, or managing sales teams
  • Graduate qualification required



Required Skills


  • Strong command over Hindi, English, and local vernacular languages
  • Proven ability to influence sales performance through hands-on, on-ground execution
  • Agile mindset with a positive attitude and a hustler’s approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable with intracity travel (personal commute)
