Job Description
We are looking for a Training Manager to lead end-to-end training and quality initiatives for our Sales and Client Servicing teams . This role will be responsible for building robust training frameworks, driving consistent quality standards, and developing a team of Training Associates across all offices who will report directly to the Training Manager.
Location: Noida (2 mins from Sector 15 metro station)
Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Building
Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for Sales and Client Servicing Associates
Develop structured onboarding, refresher, and advanced training modules
Ensure training content is aligned with business goals, compliance, and customer experience standards
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
Quality & Performance Management
Define and monitor quality benchmarks for sales and client servicing interactions
