About the job

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our rapidly growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in our dynamic e‑commerce supply chain environment.

What will you do

  • Designing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees across all departments
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including help guides, SOPs, and training materials
  • Conducting regular training needs assessments and developing strategies to address skill gaps
