Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Training Manager – Trust & Safety to lead and govern the training function for large-scale Social Media Trust & Safety operations. This is a senior people management and training governance role focused on strategy, quality, and effectiveness.

This is not a training delivery role.

• Own training strategy, governance, and outcomes at an account level.
• Design and manage learning integration and transition plans for new programs, platforms, and policy changes.
