Training Manager
(Gaming sector; hybrid work; central location)
PURPOSE:
This role contributes to Human Capital and Development through analysis, design and delivery of learning interventions that support a competent workforce in an established gaming institution.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will work closely with the business and industry partners to bring real-world context and deliver relevant learning solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Facilitate learning across multiple delivery modes by preparing lesson plans which aligns with stakeholder requirements and learner needs and analyse courseware materials to ensure alignment with learner needs.
• Deliver lesson content and coursework, facilitate group discussions, attend to learner enquiries, provide feedback and ongoing support to learners.
