JOB SUMMARY

The Training Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating employee training and development programs. The role ensures that all training initiatives—particularly TESDA-accredited and skills-based programs—are aligned with company operational needs, compliance requirements, and employee competency development.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. TESDA and Skills Training Coordination

Coordinate with TESDA representatives, trainers, and assessors

Handle enrollment, scheduling, attendance, and certification of TESDA trainees

Ensure compliance with TESDA requirements and standards

Maintain complete TESDA training documentation and records



2. Trainee Monitoring & Evaluation

Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments

Monitor trainee progress, attendance, and performance

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
