Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development requirements
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and learning materials
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with management and HR to align training initiatives with business goals
- Prepare training reports, documentation, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, HR practices, and learning methodologies
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across the organization
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, science, or related field (preferred)
- Qualification or certification in instructional design or learning development is an advantage
