Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and learning materials
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with management and HR to align training initiatives with business goals
  • Prepare training reports, documentation, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, HR practices, and learning methodologies
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, science, or related field (preferred)
  • Qualification or certification in instructional design or learning development is an advantage
