What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for conducting inductions for all new starters and the delivery of training for all manual operators
• Support Development of Standards of Performance (Technical Training Standards)
• Compilation of technical training material
• Support to IBP Process with training demand planning in conjunction with team leaders and managers
• Creation, maintenance and tracking of training plans ensuring on target with training budget allocation
• Uploading and maintaining relevant training records
• Supporting lines of business including stakeholder management
