Training & Development
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive and ongoing training programs that support the onsite staff’s continuous growth and development.Conduct in-person (and virtual) training sessions on leasing techniques, customer service, fair housing, compliance, systems, operational best practices, and other topics as needed in all core markets within the training portfolio.Create or convert training plans into highly engaging and effective training experiences.Collaborate directly with operations leadership to identify training needs based on sales performance trends, customer experience, property ...
