Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, class bookings, and instructor assignments.
- Maintain training records, certification status, and skills matrices in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support onboarding training for new Manufacturing employees.
- Communicate training reminders, schedules, and updates to supervisors and employees.
- Prepare attendance lists, training materials, and follow-up documentation.
- Track training completion rates and support monthly reporting.
- Assist in improving training processes, documentation, and materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with different teams.
- Basic skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with digital tools (Teams, SharePoint). <...
