Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, class bookings, and instructor assignments.
  • Maintain training records, certification status, and skills matrices in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support onboarding training for new Manufacturing employees.
  • Communicate training reminders, schedules, and updates to supervisors and employees.
  • Prepare attendance lists, training materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Track training completion rates and support monthly reporting.
  • Assist in improving training processes, documentation, and materials.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with different teams.
  • Basic skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with digital tools (Teams, SharePoint).
