**Key Responsibilities**



+ Coordinate training schedules, class bookings, and instructor assignments.

+ Maintain training records, certification status, and skills matrices in the Learning Management System (LMS).

+ Support onboarding training for new Manufacturing employees.

+ Communicate training reminders, schedules, and updates to supervisors and employees.

+ Prepare attendance lists, training materials, and follow-up documentation.

+ Track training completion rates and support monthly reporting.

+ Assist in improving training processes, documentation, and materials.



**Requirements**



+ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.

+ Strong organizational and coordination skills.

+ Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with different teams.

+ Basic skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with digital tools (Teams, SharePoint).
