Project Overview
The Global Vendor Operations organization oversees vendor operations across a major digital platform. These vendors provide support to a wide range of users — viewers, subscribers, and content creators globally, across all products and services.
The Vertical Operations Agent Enablement team supports operations to deliver excellent experiences to creators, partners, and consumers by empowering agents with effective onboarding, upskilling strategies, and quality processes.
Role Overview
As a Training Program Manager, you will design and implement learning and development (L&D) strategies that enable agents to deliver outstanding customer and partner experiences. You will collaborate with business leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are impactful, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
