Training Program Specialist

The Training Program Specialist designs, develops, and delivers learning programs that enhance performance and data quality across Dodge Content teams. This role is responsible for creating and managing training paths within the Learning Management System (LMS), developing engaging instructional content, and conducting live and recorded training sessions. The Training Program Specialist ensures that every training module aligns with organizational goals and empowers employees with the skills to maintain high data standards. This is a Full-Time position and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Operational Performance Management Preferred Location This is a remote, home-office-based role, and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered.
