The Network Infrastructure Knowledge Services team defines and builds the customer documentation and the learning portfolio supporting our customers, partners, and employees. This team is responsible for Nokia's flagship IP/MPLS certification program, the Service Routing Certification Program, as well as numerous other learning programs, including the Optical Network Certification Program and NSP certification learning portfolios.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Coordinate all types of learning events end-to-end, covering both customer and employee training initiatives.
  • Leverage the Nokia Learning and Development Hub, Visual Planning, and other internal tools to execute training-related activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of certification programs and worldwide training rollouts.
