Provide training records
Interaction and coordination with trainers to archieved the training target
Works with engineering team as part of the training deployment for new version of the documents
Interaction with document authors to review QMS documents
Interaction with new hires and onboarding SME to provide the onboarding session
Communication with the local trainers, leaders, supervisors and managers
Access Database SME
Onboarding Administrator
Dashboard Power BI Report Admin
Training Matrix Administrator
Data collection of new employees about progress
Develop onboarding programs for new employees
Give guidance and support to trainers
