Scope

  • Develop and deliver training for CE & F&O configured environment.
  • Provide Microsoft Dynamics CE & F&O application and product training to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Create content in various formats to support training and change management.
  • Design content following standards for inclusive, plain language, user-centered design.
  • Develop, design, and deliver training materials for diverse user groups.
