Job Description

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Training Manager, responsible for providing coordination and administration resource to the BBC account. Working closely with the central Learning & Development team to ensure that all training is aligned with client requirements, EMCOR UK’s learning and development and business strategies, company goals and enhances employee skills to support professional development. Monitoring training compliance and updating the business online learning management system to ensure training activities are correctly recorded. Duties:

Training Matrix & Reporting

  • Collaborating with the Training Managers and senior leadership teams to assess training needs and create and maintain a comprehensive training matrix and structured training plans for all BBC employees
  • Maintain records of employee training and certification status, preparing reports on training activities and results as required
