Join us as our **CS Training and Learning Specialist**. In this role, you’ll provide efficient training for our CS Representatives, and help manage the Printful customer experience.
- Effectively training CS teammates on various topics (e.g., new hire training and onboarding, refresher training)
- Maintaining a knowledgebase of all Printful processes and products
- Producing, updating, and delivering training documentation
- Overseeing new hire training assignments
