Training Specialist

Job Summary

The role of Training and Development Specialist involves designing engaging training programs for staff, developing materials like manuals and e-learning modules, and leading in-person/virtual training sessions for new hires. This position requires strong communication skills and presentation abilities with experience in Training/Coaching preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Create interactive learning experiences to improve staff knowledge.
• Develop diverse educational resources including guides, online courses, presentations.
• Facilitate face-to-face or virtual workshops for employee development & onboarding purposes.

This role necessitates effective interpersonal skills & public speaking capabilities along with prior expertise in Training/Mentoring ideally within the Logistics sector.
