Training Specialist

Position Overview

The Training Specialist supports Frontline Managed Services' Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Legal eBilling operations by delivering onboarding, instructional design, and ongoing learning programs for billing professionals serving US-based law firm clients.

This role combines Learning & Development (L&D), legal billing, and professional services operations. You will design and facilitate training across law firm billing workflows, eBilling platforms, LEDES/UTBMS standards, invoice processing, and revenue cycle best practices to improve billing accuracy, productivity, and client service performance.

Ideal candidates bring experience in corporate training, revenue cycle management, legal billing, or professional services environments and enjoy developing people while driving measurable operational outcomes.

Work Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:35pm IST to 4:30am IST.
