Job Description
This role is responsible of handling all training matters connected to their assigned tower. Responsibility also includes managing their Tower stakeholder and other Training related task assigned to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to both new and existing employees
- Facilitate induction sessions with new employees through coordination with required participants in the organization and third-party vendors.
- Work with operations in developing learning materials to be used during process training.
- Observe and evaluate training sessions of SMEs using the prescribed training evaluation form.
- Provide feedback and guidance to SMEs on training facilitation, presentation, and class management.
- Develop learning materials for process training and ad-hoc initiatives to address performance gaps
- Develop learning objectives that are tied to the goals and objectives of operations.
