Job Description
The Training Specialist will help assess the organization's training needs and develop, design, and implement training programs, both in person and virtually, that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in training and development, corporate learning, or related roles.
- Must have proven expertise in designing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs.
- Must have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
