We are looking for a Training & Process Excellence Executive who will strengthen team capabilities, ensure process compliance, and drive consistent quality across departments.

Role Overview

The Training & Process Excellence Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering structured training programs, onboarding new team members, auditing processes, and ensuring adherence to SOPs across fashion production, retail operations, merchandising, and warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs related to fashion production, retail operations, merchandising, order management, quality assurance, and inventory control
• Train new hires and existing staff on SOPs, internal tools, fashion product knowledge, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with design, production, merchandising, retail, and warehouse teams to identify process gaps and training requirements
• Create, update, and maintain training manuals, SOP documentation, and learning material aligned with industry best practices
• Conduct regular assessments to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous performance improvement
• Provide on-the-floor training and support during onboarding and process transitions
• Track and report training completion, employee performance, and post-training improvements
• Ensure process compliance, quality standards, and operational consistency across departments
• Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and internal product updates to keep training content relevant

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Apparel Management, Retail, Operations, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in training, operations, merchandising, or fashion B2B environment (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on understanding of fashion production and retail workflows
• Ability to create SOPs, training decks, and process documentation
• Analytical mindset with basic reporting and Excel skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven
