Job Description
- Facilitate driver training programs, including New Hire, Refresher, Cross-Skill, and Upskill sessions.
- Deliver training for head office employees, covering New Hire Orientation, cultural onboarding, and skills development workshops.
- Design and update training materials to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
- Maintain and analyze training reports to track participation, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Manage the Lotus LMS: oversee user enrollment, manage access rights, and generate data-driven reports.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Training Manager to enhance training strategies and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training delivery and learner experience.
