Job Description

  • Facilitate driver training programs, including New Hire, Refresher, Cross‑Skill, and Upskill sessions.
  • Deliver training for head office employees, covering New Hire Orientation, cultural onboarding, and skills development workshops.
  • Design and update training materials to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain and analyze training reports to track participation, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the Lotus LMS: oversee user enrollment, manage access rights, and generate data‑driven reports.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Training Manager to enhance training strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve training delivery and learner experience.
