  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in training and development
  • Knowledgeable in Human Resources Excellent communication skills; Organizational skills Strong relationship builder and excellent communicator

  • Job Summary: 

  • Assist in conducting the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training requirements based on employees’ personal development plan, projected introduction or changes in operational processes, etc.
  • Recommend appropriate training interventions for employees across all levels.
  • Design and update learning and development tools such as presentation materials, manuals, checklists, forms, guides, databases, among others.
