Training and Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced training specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and insurance, with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to internal service personnel on SME topics. This includes developing new training content, conducting workshops, and evaluating participant performance.

• Create engaging learning experiences that promote the development of technical and commercial skills in SMEs (non-life and life/insurance)


• Interact with course participants, inform managers about their learning progress, define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment


• Develop existing or define new training sessions according to needs as a domain expert
