Job Description
Reporting to the Dean, the Training Specialist will be integral in designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of the employees. Working closely with the Centre Manager and Centre Executive, the Training Specialist will identify training needs, create learning solutions, and ensure the professional development of the workforce. The role will also encompass various operational and administrative duties, helping to streamline processes and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager, department heads and HR to identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization.
