Job Summary

Reporting to, Manager, Training and Systems Support, this position supports the Techncial Operations trainng program through course development and improvement, training related manuals/documentation and LMS administrative functions. Duties & Responsibilities Develop regulatory and technical training programs and material relating to Technical Operations for all users Use online learning platforms, guides, simulations and in-person instructional techniques to build Technical Operations Team Members proficiencies Independently review, develop and upgrade training programs and material as required by departmental needs and process changes Ensure training programs support regulatory compliance and operational readiness Contribute to AMOS efficiencies and the implementation of new modules through training and process development Recommends process improvements in collaboration with Technical Operations leadership Participate in user acceptance testing and v...
