Job Description

HealthPartners is hiring a Training Supervisor, Epic. The Training Supervisor, Epic is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of end-user training programs. This role provides guidance to Learning Specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project needs. The Learning Supervisor also supports workflow design, testing, go-live activities, and maintains realistic training environments that mirror production systems for optimal learning experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/healthcare experience in lieu of degree.A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or training.Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
