- 3- 5 years experience in training; professional certifications is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing and delivering instructions, manuals, and reports.
- Demonstrated capability to supervise, trainers, coordinator, and training assistant.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and capability.
