Working Conditions
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Modality: On-site / Presential.
Required English level: C1.
Responsibilities
Design learning products focused on visual impact, branding, and user experience.
Develop leadership, professional, and personal development programs.
Facilitate organizational learning content both on-site and virtually.
Design and execute onboarding processes in collaboration with HR.
Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and propose effective solutions.
Implement adult learning strategies using L&D tools.
Develop measurement tools, evaluations, and knowledge assessments.
Skills & Competencies
At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer supervisor or similar roles.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and content development tools.
Facilitation, presentation, and effective communication skills.
