Overview
To serve as the Voice of the Brand for the Global Training Hub. This role shifts focus from delivering entry-level training to certifying and auditing the vendor trainers who deliver it. The Global Trainer ensures that the energy, culture, and accuracy of the Account training program are identical at every vendor site, preventing culture drift and ensuring operational excellence.

- Unified Delivery Standard: Ensure all Account Vendor sites deliver the curriculum with the exact same pacing, tone, and accuracy.
