Transaction Advisory Associate

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions by conducting financial due diligence, valuation, and in-depth financial analyses. The Transaction Advisory Associate plays a key role in assessing target companies’ performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and preparing detailed financial models and reports to assist clients in making informed strategic and investment decisions. This role works closely with senior team members, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality transaction advisory services that drive business growth and value creation.
