Our client, a leading Financial Advisory firm, is establishing a Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory practice in Madrid and is seeking an experienced Director to lead this initiative.
Main Responsibilities
Lead Transaction Advisory engagements, including Financial Due Diligence and valuations for clients across sectors.
Advise clients on strategic transactions, growth initiatives, and financial structuring.
Develop and enhance advisory methodologies, tools, and processes for the Madrid office.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for advisory services.
Requirements
Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or related advisory services.
Proven track record in leading complex financial analyses, due diligence, and valuation projects.
