Transaction Analyst

Job Description Our client, a global business with a critical hub based in Dublin, has an opening for a Transaction Analyst to join its expanding team. Reporting to the VP of Syndication Operations, key responsibilities will include: Serving as subject matter expert and primary interface between all parties involved in the Syndication deal closing process. Coordinating and organising all deal closing document packages on existing funded and on-book portfolio transactions for investor reviews and due diligence processes. Reviewing of complex documentation for lease and loan transactions. Supporting syndication initiatives related to deal assignments/participations, titling trust, securitisation and secured loans. Requirements for this Role 3-5 years experience in transactions, credit operations, loan servicing or similar. Experience with syndicate loans and liaising with investors would be advantageous.
