Role Overview

As a Manager in Transaction Analytics , you will lead the delivery of advanced data analytics solutions across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other complex transactions. You will be responsible for managing project teams, overseeing analytical workstreams, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and senior EY stakeholders.

You will combine strong transaction knowledge with advanced analytics capabilities to drive insight-led decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle.
