Transaction and Project Manager

CBRE Transaction Management (TM) role will involve managing Real Estate Portfolios of Client Accounts, delivering comprehensive strategy-based solutions through best-in-class practices.

The primary responsibility of the resource will be to work closely with the Client Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and CBRE teams in India to enable and deliver end to end transactions across the client’s real estate lifecycle. Additional responsibility would include Program Management across multiple projects and stakeholders.

KEY DUTIES - TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

The TM Resource will undertake complete ownership of the client relationship in India and act as the primary point of contact.
