About the Role

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and collaborate in Transaction Banking customer solution strategies for new to bank customers within the SME & D&SI segment within Business & Private Bank.


  • Subject matter expert for professional services, payments and cash management products to provide appropriate solutions to our customers


  • Deliver and maintain high standards across all processes within Transaction Banking, ensuring excellent customer service

    • Driving profitable sustainable growth of our Transaction Banking products, share customer led insights & solutions and providing ongoing customer/banker education (Cybercrime, Digital Self Service).
