The company is actively building a nationwide portfolio, acquiring 30+ properties per year. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder and become the first operations hire in a rapidly scaling real estate investment company.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to support the acquisition, due diligence, onboarding, and management of industrial real estate assets. This part‑time position has strong potential to grow into a full‑time role as the company expands.

• Manage all active real estate transactions from LOI through closing.
