About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing industrial warehouse properties across the United States. The company is actively building a nationwide portfolio, acquiring 30+ properties per year. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder and become the first operations hire in a rapidly scaling real estate investment company.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to support the acquisition, due diligence, onboarding, and management of industrial real estate assets. This role will work directly with the Founder, managing multiple active transactions, tracking deadlines, organizing documentation, and keeping all deal and prospect data structured and up to date. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on transaction coordination and asset onboarding, while the remaining 20% will support executive and administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction & Deal Coordination

  • Manage all active real estate transactions from LOI through closing
  • Track and organize due diligence items, deadlines, and documentation
  • Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and third-party vendors
  • Maintain transaction timelines and follow-up schedules
  • Ensure all contracts, deal files, and supporting documents are properly organized

Asset Onboarding & Light Asset Management

  • Assist with onboarding newly acquired properties
  • Organize leases, financials, and property documentation
  • Support ongoing administrative and transactional asset management needs

Lead & Prospect Management

  • Maintain and update a database of target properties and owners
  • Input property data, ownership details, and notes into the CRM or tracking system
  • Research ownership and contact information for properties provided by the Founder
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and deal status

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage email communication and correspondence
  • Help organize schedules, files, and operational workflows
  • Support the Founder with ad-hoc administrative and coordination needs

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, or brokerage (does not need to be extensive)
  • Understanding of basic real estate transaction processes
  • Strong written English and professional email communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and real estate or document management tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with commercial or industrial real estate
  • Background as a transaction coordinator, real estate assistant, or operations coordinator
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate documents (LOIs, PSAs, leases, etc.)

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
  • Working hours: U.S. Central Time (CT)
  • Hourly rate: typically USD $10–$20, depending on experience
  • Strong opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company expands
