Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Transaction Lawyer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) at JARS’ Noida office. The role involves managing and advising on M& A transactions, drafting and negotiating legal documents, conducting legal due diligence, analyzing regulatory and compliance requirements, and providing strategic legal support to clients. The Transaction Lawyer will collaborate closely with the financial advisory team to ensure seamless integration and execution of deals.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law
Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documentation related to M& A transactions
Proficiency in conducting legal due diligence and analyzing regulatory and compliance frameworks
