Transaction Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day transactions for products such as over-the-counter derivatives, FX, and securities
• Respond promptly to communications across global time-zones
• Ensure trade processing meets targets and adheres to guidelines and procedures
• Escalate issues where deviations from standard procedures occur
• Support risk reduction efforts and maintain a control-focused operational environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve transactional queries and issues

Required Skills and Experience

• Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident liaising with stakeholders via phone and email
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Previous experience in investment banking operations or a related area
