About the Role
I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Services Senior Manager to join a growing team in Paris. In this role, you will lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for a variety of high-profile transactions, supporting private equity firms, corporates, and financial institutions in their M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
- Analyze financial statements, assess quality of earnings, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop client-ready reports and presentations that inform key investment decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and operational advisors.
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist in business development initiatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members.
- Relevant experience in transaction services, audit + TS, or M&A (preferably in a Big 4 or mid-tier advisory firm).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Proven project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Exposure to high-impact projects with prominent clients.
